We have used the 'Advance Baggage' facility at Gatwick Airport prior to joing a World Cruise at Brisbane; Bags were in cabin waiting for us when we joined the Ship. We have also left Baggage on the Ship prior to Flying back to the U.K. The Cases were then delivered to our Home two days after the Ship had arrived. A very efficient service provided by ABS.

Advance Baggage service helped me to move my items from cypress to UK , without any hassle , when we arrived in gatwick all our paper work was there at the counter ready to be signed , and our baggage was already waiting at for us. Remarkable service , very happy will recommend and use again.

I was in a real mess with Canadian Affair going home froom the UK to Calgary.- they wanted to charge me 350 pounds for excess baggage. I went to AAB and Rajeendra was SO HELPFUL and professional. AAB charged me a fraction of what it was going to cost with Canadian Affair and I didnt have to throw away my childrens birthday presents they got in the UK. I would recommend AAB to ANYONE in a bind with excess luggage charges. Rajeendra is an asset to your business at Gatwick.

it's been over a week and i still haven't received my luggage everytime i call i get excuse after excuse, if i email them i don't get a response to make matters worse they say they don't know when and if i get my luggage,

As a member of Gatwick Airport staff I would highly recommend this service. I have just had to deal with a very unfortunate, distressed Italian lady who, having just finished a year's study in GB, found she was over her baggage allowance for her flight home. Added to which she had paid extra for 3 bags with the airline who then refused to takeher bags unless she paid another £400!!!. As she didn't want to discard her baggage, and certainly couldn't afford that kind of money,I took her to Advance Baggage Services to see if they could be of assistance to her. Doil Rajenndra Ponweera resolved her problems with utmost courtesy and at a lot less cost. I was very impressed with the efficiency and kindness with which he dealt with this poor lady. She got to her flight in the knowledge that her baggage would soon be with her, a lot happier than when she first came to Gatwick Airport. Many, many thanks.

I was very impressed with Advance Baggage Service. They were easy to deal with when obtaining the initial quote and I thought their price was competitive. They provided two people to carry the item being delivered and called me as agreed to let me know that they were nearly at the destination.
